THE MINT

Hangtags are minted directly from our website.
Community can mint Hangtags with ETH or Major Credit Card
If ETH is used then the Hangtag(s) are dropped directly in the users digital wallet.
If Credit Card is used the user is sent an email walking them through the digital wallet setup process. When the digital wallet is setup the Hangtags will appear in that digital wallet.
Hangtags can be sent to any ETH based digital wallet.
5,000 total Hangtags minted.
96 Collective Artist Hangtags. *These Hangtags are airdropped to all artists that have worked with the ROOR collective.
4 pre-mint promotion Hangtags.

Mint Raffle
Every 500 Hangtags Minted will be included in a Raffle. Every Hangtag will be included in the following 500 HT raffle until the mint is close or the win.
CURRENT CUSTOM PROJECTS & THOUGHTS
Initial Sample Pieces that Artists originally sent ROOR.
Artists have 4 options to choose from.
*if you can think of another option don’t hesitate to let us know.
1). ROOR send samples back to the artists.
2). ROOR purchases the sample to be used for the 2023 Gallery shows (Oakland / SF / LA / NYC / other)
*If you decide to sell one or all pieces to ROOR for gallery use please indicate the specific pieces and prices.
3). ROOR uses the pieces for the 2023 gallery tour, but the artist maintains ownership. Can be returned anytime upon request.
4). ROOR can orchestrate and program an auction of the pieces beginning the 2nd or 3rd Qtr of 2023.
All custom sneakers have been digital scanned. The ROOR studio creates digital animations of each custom. *These scans are available for artists if needed.
Mint Raffle Customs
Artists can included pieces available for the mint raffle. We already have quite a few commitments, but we can work in more pieces to the raffle collection if any artists want in.
ROOR purchases the custom piece and then gives it to the Hangtag raffle winner. Typically there is a 60 to 90-day “forging window.” This is the window of time that the artist has to create the custom in the winner’s size.

*A number of you have already submitted which designs you would like to include. We are scheduling those to be included.
Brand Collaboration
We have partnered with a number of Brands (professional sports, Web3, digital art, NFT). There are a number of custom work opportunities available. Most, if not all of these, are artist-led design projects.
We are partnering with digital marketplaces. ROOR is creating a line of digital wearables for these platforms. There are opportunities for artists to create specific digital wearables under their brand to be included on these platforms.

ROOR PLATFORM AUCTIONS
Beginning in 2nd Qtr 2023 we will begin dropping physical/digital custom auctions on our site. Process is pretty straight forward.
We can scan the 1/1 created piece, create digital renderings, provide the smart contract and mint the digital asset tied to the artist physical piece.
We can provide NFC chips to be embedded in the sneaker. This chip would be recognized by cell phones. The signal prompts the phone OS to go to the link representing the digital asset and smart contract on-chain.
We can also work with the artist to create digital animations that help tell the story of the custom piece. We then auction the physical piece tied to the digital piece.
